I want to get people riding quads instead of driving cars. So much more fun, more economical and if you speak to the right people in London they are congestion charge exempt!

I am employed as a single handed shepherd on an estate in the north highlands of Scotland about 20,000 acres but our sheep graze all our neighbouring estates and me and my dogs and terrier travel thousands of miles per year by quad on extremely rough ground as a matter I would reckon no one else anywhere would travel by quad as much as me.

hi stu,all i would like to say is good luck with your treck and you have chosen the right type of quad, i have got a kvf750 v twin and so far i haven’t found anything that is too big for it to handle…also my friend has one and he was pulling his fathers 30foot caravan with it no probs…..good luck let us know how you go on…….bella..XXX

Hello Stuart – this sounds very interesting and exciting too !!!
Do you have a website or something to look at ?
Regarding the kvf750′s individual ability I’ll ask some of the guys in the workshop what they think and we’ll get back to you !!
However there is no doubt that the kvf750 could handle such a trek . What I would expect though is similar maintenance issues that one would expect to happen with our two wheeled cousin eg the KLX450R – also it would depend on what terrain you would be traversing over at any given time. I’m sure you are looking into this anyway and it would be cool if and when you start this trek for you to keep us upto date with your travels. -G-

hi i aim to set a new world record,for the longest journey on a quad bike atv.It will be over 17,000 miles and take 70 odd days.Iam regesterd with the guinness book of records,but would like to no if you think the kawasaki kvf 750 would be up to the job andwhat problems with the bike you could see coming.Iam financing this trip on my own and would be greatful for any help you can give. thankyou stu
